One-night stand with a 'fabulous woman' Musical trio powers concert Tell Jolene on a Sunday Three Ross shows at Bar Me
 Nick Christo | FROM playing Zoltan Karpathy in Opera Australia's My Fair Lady, 2005 Sydney Cabaret Showcase Competition winner Nick Christo changes direction in his new cabaret show, The Fabulous Frances Faye at Slide Bar on July 29.
Under the direction of Neil Gooding, Christo recreates the essence of comedienne, jazz legend and entertainment revolutionary Frances Faye in a one-man, one-night stand.
In the show are all the Faye classics like Darktown Strutter's Ball, Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered, Tonight You Belong to Me, Fever, Shimmy Like My Sister Kate, Frances and Her Friends, Night and Day, Just In Time, The Man I Love, All Of a Sudden My Heart Sings, Just a Gigolo, I’m Going to Kansas City, I Love You Porgy, Nobody Knows the Trouble I've Seen and Drunk With Love.
The show features the LB Little Big Band under the baton of Luke Byrne.

 The Power of Three
| THE musical trio The Power of Three perform at Parramatta Riverside on July 5 at 7.30pm.
The trio comprises Deborah de Graaff (clarinet), Leah Lock (flute) and John Martin (piano).
Backed by a strong and adventurous band, Elana creates a dramatic setting for her songs with her rich voice and dynamic stage presence.

 Steve Ross | HE was called the crown prince of New York cabaret by the New York Times 20 years ago and it seems musician/entertainer Steve Ross hasn't yet lost his crown.
Ross has performed around the world from The Ritz in London, the Crillon in Paris to the Imperial Hotel Tokyo, and in festivals, theatre and solo shows and masterclasses in Hong Kong, Perth and Spoleto.
Ross presents three different shows at Bar Me in Kings Cross for three consecutive nights this month.
